Dancing makes you healthy and happy, 20 reasons to party dance infographic

You probably hear us say this a lot, but really; Anyone can dance, especially party dance! As a team of creatives and dancers, we stay strong in our faith in dance and movement. And this is not just our passion that drives us, it’s the deeply rooted belief that is based on real life situations and proof, that show how dancing and moving is beneficial for the overall health and well-being of each and every individual.

Consider this…

Those who dance at parties, and those who don’t

Take a look at the people that you know, and put them in these two groups; the ones that dance at parties and then the ones that don’t, like or want to dance (you might be one of them).

Now consider the energy and emotions these two different types of people reflect most often.

It becomes clear, doesn’t it? People that refuse to dance at parties are much more rigid, closed, and don’t really reflect much positivity. In fact, you’ll often see them rolling their eyes or laughing at someone else that’s dancing their heads off and having fun. That’s because they don’t feel good in their own skin, they aren’t free to be who they really are, and thus it is impossible for them to feel happy and satisfied.

Ok, this was just me trying to make a point, but I’m sure you know that already, don’t you?

Anyhow, we’ve decided to make an infographic list for you; the 20 reasons why moving and dancing is so good for you. Dancing is such a healthy activity and it is deeply rooted into the human native code. This is exactly why it has a number of benefits for our overall well-being.

So here are the 20 reasons to Party Dance
